Historic Valley Home Farm is a 350 acre, 5 generation family farm currently owned by the Potts family. The farm is located in the rolling hills of beautiful southern Middle Tennessee and is bordered on the south and east by the Garrison Fork of the Duck River.
We Proudly Grow
Farm fresh strawberries, blueberries and blackberries are available daily in season at Valley Home Farm. Berries are available pre-picked or you can pick-your-own in clean fields with raised beds and no pesticides. Family-friendly, children are welcome. We also farm many varieties of onions and tomatoes.
Strawberry season is April 20th – June 10th. The first two weeks of May are peak season. Blueberry season begins the first week of June and runs through the end of July. Blackberry season is late June through the end of July. Early tomatoes will be ready in May. And garlic and Big Red and Yellow Candy onions by mid June.
Our goal is to have fresh strawberries and blueberries waiting for you but you can always call ahead to check availability due to weather (or to order cakes ahead) 931-389-6470.
Also available from our own farm kitchen enjoy fresh strawberry cakes, breads, award-winning strawberry jam, strawberry ice cream and our own Strawberry Honey Pops. Farm fresh raw local honey is available most of the season from the Valley Home bee yard.

We’re open 7 days a week in season 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. Mon.-Sat. and 1-5 on Sundays. We’re easy to find just 10 minutes from I-24, Exit 97 (Wartrace/Beechgrove/Bell Buckle). Visit us at the Rutherford County Farmers Market at the Ag Center on Tuesdays and Fridays and at the Main Street Market on the Square in Murfreesboro on Saturday mornings. We’ll be there every day that our crops allow. And, remember, we strive for nutrient dense foods, no pesticides and balanced soils for your maximum nutrition.
