Yes! Booking your event in advance is a must. With the 2022 wedding season being the most active in 30+ years per the wedding industry news. We recommend you book asap. We require 50% of the food deposit to hold the date. The remaining monies is due 15 days before the event. (i.e. remaining food, staff, rentals etc). Contact us to see our current availability. No! Nashville Events & Catering prides its self on our transparency & moderate cost. Other than our local tax 9.75%. That is added to all quotes and charges. We do not add any additional fees (i.e. service charges, cake cutting & business fees). We can not always 100% guarantee that there may not be an additional fee for events out of our normal travel area. We will always be upfront about any travel fees (if applicable) or staffing fees.
